Summary
Lizzie was a cat, and sometimes, cats and humans didn’t get along. She knew after she became a ruler, she couldn’t truly die, and would just return, but she also knew if the others found out she was a cat, her ruler status would be revoked, and she would be nothing but wild and something to cage and tame. None of the rulers suspected she was a cat, which was a blessing.
Except for one, Shelby, who was catching on to her secret quickly. Lizzie would have to think of something to keep Shelby occupied, and she would have to think of something quickly. Her time was running out, and Lizzie didn’t want to end up caged.

Accidental villain Lizzie AU where after she plays what she considers a prank on Shelby to keep her from finding the truth, a world war ensues. Someone digs into the situation further and finds out that it was Lizzie’s fault, turning her into the main villain of the Empires series, and she has nothing to blame but Curiosity and fear.I guess curiosity really does kill the cat.

Axel gasped for air, his lungs tightening in panic. His right arm shook, but no matter how much he tried to let it go, it remained in his hand. I'm not weak, I'm just a bit injured- he thought in haste, his chains rattling from his shaking. The only miracle in this situation were the hunters were too busy to see this weakness- to see him shaking and terrified.
Marcus has so much potential....
He has killed so many, and will kill so many more than you ever will with us....
So clearly he is the strongest. And the weakest Edge to try and wield the blade, will die.

Summary
Moving away from home was the best thing for Hinata. Living a life of mockery and lack of support would end now. This new chapter would be his salvation. If nobody knows Kyotani's weaknesses then nobody can hurt him with said weaknesses.
That’s why he has never stated his love for volleyball to anyone except for his old mentor, nor has he shown his sketches to anyone but his older sister, and don’t even ask him about his paintings because the gods know that he’ll deny ever having touched a paintbrush before he admits he pours his feelings onto cotton paper with watercolours on a weekly basis.
Oh, and that pesky crush on Yahaba, his darkest secret of all, buried under so much denial that he can practically pretend it doesn’t exist anymore...
Except during practice, when Yahaba walks around like he owns the place, carrying his new captain’s title with him like a gold medal. Or in the locker room, when Yahaba struts out of the showers in nothing but a towel, and Kyotani has to restrain himself from staring.
(Oh, and the time Yahaba threw him against a whole ass wall... but we don’t talk about that.)
But barring those exceptions, Kyotani has been successful in his denial.
Or so he thought.
