“We all love Electabuzz! No other team's the same, the players charge the field and electrify the game. They pitch and catch and run so quick, their baseball bats are thunder sticks! Their power hitters do the trick, Electabuzz, our favorite pick. We love their yellow colors and their black stripes are the best, Electabuzz, they're better than the rest!” the fans chanted
“And stepping up to the plate is star batter Casey from New Bark Town!" said the announcer and Casey looked up towards the VIP box and to her girlfriend.
(Or Casey's journey to her dream position, star batter for the Electabuzz baseball team.)

During the Couriway Town Showcase the International Committee for Pokémon Performances have sent May, the Princess of Hoenn, Dawn the Star of Sinnoh and Top Coordinator Zoey to gauge whether Kalos could support a Contest scene or expansion of Showcase to include Contest elements. Ash, Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie have gone to Couriway town for Serena's entry into the Couriway Town Showcase. Old Friends meet and shennanigans ensue.

Darkest story I'm able to stomach. Contains Negaishipping, a character dying, one Pokémon losing a limb and one even more important Pokémon evolving. Still not finished, but I have high hopes (and loads of fear, too)
PD: If you are searching for a good story to escape the harsh reality... This is NOT something you wanna read.
