Being captured wasn't all that bad, you've had worse company. The massive robots on this ship seem mostly nice. There's a few you wish you'd never meet again, but it seems a particular co-captain can't avoid you enough. You don't know what his deal is but you wish he'd stop glaring at you. And you wish your skin would stop itching so much.You just wanna go home.

Summary
You never thought you would move to New Ebott, but after learning more than you should have, it was the only city where you could hide it.
It was the city where monsters and humans lived side by side, where both could be mobsters, thieves, dealers, or saints. Sometimes all in the same breath. New Ebott didn’t ask questions, though. It didn’t care who you were, just what you brought to the table, or what you could pay to keep off of it.
Of course, you had plans to stay out of trouble. That was until you met a golden tooth skeleton who won't leave you alone.

You knew many of your customers who frequently came in for a drink and to unwind. One of them was Spamton, a regular who had somewhat become your friend—mainly because he always left a generous tip. He was known as a “big shot.” You weren’t sure about his past, present, or future, but you didn’t really care—your heart belonged to the bar you worked in.
One day, Spamton walked into the bar with a particular Darkner, one you’d seen everywhere—especially on TV. You remembered him... and you never would’ve expected that the arrival of the Lord of Screens would bring an end to the life you loved so much—and to your dignity.
