Summary
Jason Todd was resurrected using the Lazarus pit but unlike the events in Under the Red Hood Jason stays at the Al Ghuls as the Red Hooded Ninja. Being a Big brother to Damian. Talia noticing that her Father has turned Rabid after threatening the life of Jason. She sent her surrogate son and son to their father.
Jason and Damian worried for Talia and it doesn't help that the League of Assassins are after them. Plus the Light and League are planning something. Jason's journey to meeting new and old people. Reconciliation with the young Justice team, Bat family, Justice League.

Summary
The Justice League finally captures the infamous Outlaws, Red Hood and Arsenal. (Technically Starfire is one of them, but they mostly pretend that's not true. She's one of their strongest allies; they aren't going to jeopardize that.)
For some reason, neither Hood nor Arsenal seem very worried. In fact, they start arguing over whose dad will rescue them first.
Clark grows increasingly worried over their cavalier behavior, especially as he learns more about who they are. When will Batman get back to deal with this Gotham-based criminal? (Who will tell Batman that this man is somehow impersonating his son?)
Meanwhile, Jason and Roy are having the times of their lives bickering and scaring the Justice League.
