    Summary

Ishigami Senkuu was forced to spend five years of his life getting to know the worst fiancée he'd ever been arranged with.
What was so fascinating about a half-wyvern, half-elf who he only met for a few short weeks each year during his annual visits to the Ishigami Palace?

Yet, Senkuu couldn't ignore the fact that Gen—shaped by countless layers of masks—must have secrets of his own.
Especially the reason why he refused to leave his room during the spring storms.

Driven by curiosity and spite, Ishigami Senkuu felt challenged—determined to uncover his fiancée’s secrets and shame, so he could destroy the engagement once and for all.

    That was what he believed.
So then, why did Senkuu end up offering the sky to this very fiancée?

    Summary

There's a lot of what if's here, so let me just present this complete alternate universe:

Harry Potter somehow manages to be raised in Norway and ends up going to Durmstrang. Against all odds, he manages to have a summer fling with Draco, both thinking the other is a muggle. Then he manages to enter a deadly tournament at another school from across an entire ocean.

Now, how the hell did he manage all of that?

    Or,

Draco Malfoy questioning everything he knows because he thinks Harry is a gorgeous muggle.

    Summary

    From a Hobbitkink prompt:

The battle was over, and Thorin Oakenshield awoke, naked and shivering, in the Halls of his Ancestors.

The novelty of being dead fades quickly, and watching over his companions soon fills him with grief and guilt. Oddly, a faint flicker of hope arises in the form of his youngest kinsman, a Dwarf of Durin's line with bright red hair.

(Follows the story of the War of the Ring).

(Bagginshield, Gimli/Legolas) In which recovery takes time, the dead members of the Company take to watching Gimli as though he’s a soap opera, the living struggle with being left behind, Legolas is confused, Khuzdul is abused, and Thorin is four feet and ten inches of guilt and anger.
