Summary
The Void had been still for an amount of time unthinkable, the being able to unite it fallen so long ago.
Its stillness breaks when a small shade rejects its call, refuses to merge with it and lay to rest, instead pushing its resolve onto the sea.
Fix it. Save them, it demands, and something answers.
Something stirs deep within; something meant to be forgotten awakens; something powerful beyond anything Hallownest has known in its entire existence heeds the call, throwing the vessel and itself both into a time long lost.
Mere weeks before the Sealing, a wounded vessel staggers out of the Temple.

Summary
They should be ready.
The thought clattered in his mind as he reluctantly uncurled from his sleeping position. It didn’t suit someone of his station- a king shouldn’t be so feeble, so anxious, especially over a plan he himself hatched.
The Pale King shuddered.
His scales itched and he desperately wished to go back to sleep. If he could avoid this dreadful responsibility for even one more day, he would be a very happy higher being. He couldn’t, of course. Too much depended on his presence, he had to be there when the eggs hatched and he had to light the way for them.
If everything worked, only his light would guide those mindless, soulless vessels to move.________________
Or: There is criminally little dark, possesive fics in Hollow Knight fandom. So I write Dark Pale King who brings two Vessels from the Abyss and gets chucked head first into Wyrm Instincts to own.Bookmarked by Xwpos

Summary
Her brilliant plan was as follows:
1. Hide right up against the wall next to the door out of the Abyss so the Pale Bellend didn’t see her immediately.
2. When he walked through the door, waste no time in hitting him in the back of the head, or the back of whatever she could reach with her club to stun him and give her more time to enact step 3.
3. Run like hell, and pray that getting unexpectedly whacked in the back of the head stunned him long enough for her to make a clean getaway, since he would presumably be coming down here alone.
4. Make good use of her intangibility to escape and haul ass to the Resting Grounds as fast as possible, putting all her ninja skills to good use in avoiding detection from basically everyone, since she could trust basically no one to not rat her out if the king put a bounty on her head or some shit like that.
She operated under the KISS method of planning. It was an acronym that stood for ‘Keep It Simple, Stupid.’
But then again, no plan survived contact with the enemy.
This was going to suck, wasn't it?

Summary
- (Unfinished) Rewritten version is being posted separately -
Being reincarnated was certainly an interesting concept. Actually experiencing death and rebirth? Not high on my to-do list.
Now, being reborn as a Vessel from a fictional video game at the bottom of the world? Here we fucking go.
(This story is inspired by a number of other Hollow Knight Isekai fics on this website. I definitely recommend you check them out! You’ll also see where I got some of my ideas from.)
