Summary

Summary
Purpled was itching for another job, even if it had to be with a partner, even if it had to be an infiltration, he would do anything to be back on the field. Even if it meant putting himself in near direct line of sight of someone that wouldn't hesitate to break every single bone in his body if given the chance.
Tommy wants to believe he's not being lied to by his family about his missing best friend, but it's tough to believe they don't know more on the topic when they own an entire crime syndicate. Benefit of the doubt is what he's aiming for, though, and at least his partner for this mission seems interesting enough to keep his attention.

Summary
The legends of mythology, so admired for their grandeur and diversity, also hide tragedies, cruelties, and sins forgotten by time. Stories that make mortals worship and fear the gods, but which, seen through a more human lens, reveal a world where lives are treated as mere pawns in the whims of the deities.
That's how someone from the modern era would see these myths—especially when forced to live them. However, not through the eyes of a victim, but of the very one responsible for so many misfortunes, in an era full of gods, monsters, and already condemned destinies.
Or… Techno is forced, after dying, to live the story of a cruel god he remembers nothing about. Trapped in this role, he ends up in charge of taking care of a sacrifice offered to him, while fighting against instincts that don't seem to be his own. In the end, he needs to find a way to save the only thing that still seems human in that world.
