Summary
This is a project to create a conlang that will expand upon and deepen the Elvhen language that was created for the Bioware game series, Dragon Age. Elvhen, as it is used in the games, is a cipher, not a language. My goal is to create a complete conlang, or at least a simulated conlang, that other fans can use. The goal is to create a constructed language that is to Dragon Age what Sindarin and Quenya are to Lord of the Rings.
I do want to stress that this is a constructed language based upon the limited Elvhen we had encountered within the games. I am not using magical linguistic ninjitsu to "Figure out," the Elvhen language. In terms of the "official," language, consider this linguistic fan-fiction.

Evelyn raises an eyebrow, and Krem isn't sure if she's looking at him or the altus sitting right beside him. "You mean to tell me that Tevinter, this great evil monstrosity that I have been taught to fear before I could even walk, somehow didn't appreciate someone as positively delightful as you?"
Dorian scoffs. "No one has ever appreciated me as I deserve to be appreciated."
She sends a wicked smile Dorian's way, reserving a soft wink for Krem himself.
krem takes a spot at the inquisitor's side as bodyguard in place of the iron bull.

"Hartley, Cisco." The gods were dead to him. He slowly turned in his seat, dread curling its greasy fingers around his stomach. Hartley glared at him over the top of his glasses.
