Summary
Takes place after the first Avengers movie, then goes AU.
If Odin truly sees Thor and Loki as equal, they ought to face equal punishment for equal crimes. Thor's suggestion is granted and Loki is stripped of his powers as he is banished to Midgard where he has to either prove himself worthy or spend the rest of his life on earth without any special powers.
Loki though is not so easily broken. He might not have magic nor supernatural strength.
But he still has his wits, his gift of deception, his knowledge, and his basic skills as a fighter.
And he is not ready to just lie down and admit defeat. He is ready to do what it takes to rise once again and handle the incoming threat from the void.- Language:

Summary

― Arthur SchopenhauerLoki was surprised by his own laughter. Stark chuckled, solidly throwing his cigarette overboard. If Loki was being honest, nothing about this felt real. Not their words, not their voices. It was like something out of a dream, the kind of euphoria that belonged strictly to adolescence. If the pendulum of life swung perpetually between pain and boredom, then this feeling was the drop between both certainties.
It could only last for a moment.
His foot slipped.
AKA the Titanic AU no one asked for. When Loki climbs over the ship's stern he expects a brief rush of elation. It is the closest thing to freedom and chaos he can grasp. He doesn't expect to be saved, and he doesn't expect for this moment, this drop between pain and boredom, to be what permanently changes the course of his life, as well as the fate of his family.

Since he has turned fifteen, he was snatched two bronze medals, three silver medals, and for the past four years, has won gold. His older brothers, Helblindi and Byleistr, are both hockey players on the Asgard Vikings team along with another alpha named Thor. After a night of drinking and partying with the hockey team, Loki wakes up in a bed that’s not his with a splitting headache and no memory of the night before. His worst fear comes true when four weeks later, he finds out he’s pregnant, and he doesn’t remember who the father is.

After the attack on New York Loki is imprisoned and tortured for four months and was meant to last for the rest of his days. When Thor finds out, he demands Loki's freedom and Odin allows Thor to take Loki to Midgard, never to return.
Unfortunately, Loki didn't get out unscathed. Ugly scars run across Loki's face and is now constantly plagued with panic attacks and insecurity. He believes he is a monster, inside and now out, dark thoughts constantly tearing at his mind.
A certain good Doctor seeks to help the Norse god of Mischief with his demons, and convince him that he is not the monster he believes himself to be. But in order to do so, Bruce must put aside his own demons...
...because Loki isn't the only one trying to hide scars.

Post Avengers. To appease the Jötnar King for what Loki did to their realm, Odin punishes Loki by taking his magic, humiliating him before the court, and forcing Loki back into his Jötunn body – not realizing and not caring that his punishment might have fatal consequences. As Loki descends into despair and madness, tormented by vivid memories of his time in Thanos's hands, all appears hopeless. But Loki is not entirely without options - even if at first they are not apparent.
“I feared for her,” Thor started, then set his mouth shut.
And suddenly Loki saw – Thor’s protective arms around Mother; Thor’s glared defiance at Odin. He swallowed, and now his throat felt like it was filled with cracked glass. “He would have hurt Mother,” he whispered.
Thor went still. Then he let go of Loki’s shoulders and stepped back. Neither said a word. A moment passed. Another. Loki had thought he had seen every expression Thor’s face was capable of making, but he had never seen that expression on Thor’s face before – a gut-deep, mortally wounded betrayal. Not even in their confrontation on that Midgard mountain, nor on the Man of Iron’s Tower.
Nor, he knew, was that expression directed at him.

After Tony Stark's father has died, he was burdened with the responsibility of carrying on his father's legacy. Tony is driven by his ambitions to become the most powerful and influential man on earth. He has already become a monopoly within the global market and now, he plans on achieving control through having power over secret agencies as well as governments.
Growing up in a loveless family has made Loki strive for more knowledge and power. Out of all the nine realms, only Midgard was to be explored. Loki decides to travel to Midgard to see if there is anything he can learn and possibly share. Loki is definitely looking for amusement due to the lack of stimulants in Asgard.
Tony has something that Loki can have and Loki can provide something that Tony needs.
What would happen if a powerful man of Midgard meet a powerful man of the nine realms?
This story uses Marvel characters and a little bit of their story line however, this would be more alternate universe esk.
