Thomas 'Tommy' Innit just wants to graduate. Then, he can fuck off and get out of the Essempi City. He can leave his shit dad and shit house and shit, well, everything. But, as a Year Eleven student, that isn't possible until next year. He wants to finish school. One more year, he promises himself.
Expelled from his current school, Tommy finally decides it is time to give his dream music school a shot.
Because, of course, there is always one thing that keeps everyone afloat. And for Tommy, it's music. He would give his life for it. Sure Tommy can play the acoustic guitar, yet all he wants is to get his hands on one of the beautiful electric guitars he's seen online. The minute he spies the most gorgeous electric guitars in L'manburg High's music rooms, he wants nothing more than to hold the guitar in his hands.
Tommy lights another cigarette.
