Summary
After the United Kingdom gets "nul points" from the Eurovision 2021 Grand Final, the MI6 makes an offer to The Doctor for her to travel back in time to the years when Ukraine used a national final to select their Eurovision entrants and gather whatever information she has on their selection methods in order for the BBC to use it to make a new and improved national final for Eurovision 2022.
However, the TARDIS has other plans and sends The Doctor on a return trip to Russia in 1918 where she ends up earning two companions to help her fulfill the MI6's mission for her. However, she and her new companions are sent back by the TARDIS to the present day in Kyiv, Ukraine. Now, they must make a necessary deviation to the original mission plan in order to accomplish the mission given to them - even if it means breaking the non-intervention policy in some cases.

After the Koreas reunify, he is released through a conditional pardon and is assigned by the government to be the bodyguard-slash-personal assistant of the daughter of reunified Korea's first President.
While the President's daughter works towards getting Cheol-Gang replaced as soon as possible, Cheol-Gang must work towards delivering his duty to a reunified Korea.
