"What… the fuck…" Xie Lian gasped, rendered frozen instead of downright dead as he may or may not have been wishing at this moment.
Remotely, he registered Pei Ming's enthusiastic inquiry but was too dumbstruck to parry with a witty response.
"So, explain—I'm not very well-versed in all this gay stuff… Did you get dumped or is it him courting you?"

Summary
Whoever or whatever had cursed Wu Ming must have been a creature of immeasurable power and perverse cruelty. On top of that, they were clearly mocking the Heavenly Realm, creating such a horrid replica of the punishment that was designed to tame the divine and applying it to the undead.
Who has done this to you? WHO DARED? WHY?! Xie Lian wanted to scream, raw rage igniting his chest as tears welled up in his eyes....
In pursuit of what they believe to be a puppet master, the State Preceptor of Yong'An and his student, the Crown Prince, set off into the forest. They do find a ghost, but it is not the one Xie Lian ever expected to see again. -

Ah, it's one of those, Hua Cheng mused, practically purring in delight as he cuddled himself closer to the object of his recurring dreams. He wouldn't be able to tell when they had begun, but in any case, it had been long enough for him to shed the shame that had initially threatened to burn him alive upon waking and completely surrender to his mind's debauched fantasies instead each time this happened. He would never admit how often, though—enough for that shame to crawl its way back up his spine and put a tiny party hat on top of his head, the word 'clown' glowing in its glittery glory across it.

He had done this more than once, willing to please and accommodate, melting as he heard soft moans leave Hua Cheng's heaving lungs while the ghost slowly unravelled in his god's gentle care. And of course, seeing his husband react this way to his passion, to see his body relax as he floated in ecstasy was always exhilarating.
Yet it was completely different this time.or: Xie Lian gets possessive for no reason and wants to please his husband. Hua Cheng has some other plans, though.

Summary

Xie Lian raised his eyes and scanned the small bathroom. He had been panicking and spiraling downward in his own mind when he felt…something. A presence. Almost like a… a pressure…surrounding him, as if he were being embraced by ethereal arms. He had felt a presence like that before, once… after his parents..
And the radio had turned on and interrupted his descent into the darkness by buoying his consciousness back to the surface, to the time and space he was in. Maybe…
Maybe he wasn’t alone…~~~~~~
Or Xie Lian moves into a new apartment and discovers he isn't the only tenant.
