"Boq, what's that?" said Dilma, lifting the little journal before her son's eyes. "And who is that Fiyero guy? Why is there a heart next to his name?"
Boq gaped at his mother, his face becoming sickeningly pale.
"It's mine!" Elphaba suddenly jolted forward and snatched the notebook "I must've left it in Boq's bag."
"Wait, you're dating someone?" Elphaba instinctively nodded at the sign of Boq's terrified face.

When one of her friends is about to be unwillingly outed, Elphaba doesn't hesitate to take the fall for him. But what cost does this good deed come with?
