Hannibal wet his lips, testing the waters. "Do you like seeing me on my knees, Will?"
The silence trapped Will's quick intake of breath.
"It's quite refreshing to see more of your honesty," Hannibal said, with a slight smile lifting the corner of his mouth. "Could you please remove my restraints now?"
Will gave a wry look, glancing between him and the scapel on the floor. "No, I think I won't."
Hannibal suggests socialization, and Will chooses the best compromise.

Will's fingers cling to the warmth of Hannibal's skin, a once unimaginable sensation now a desperate necessity. He presses his thumb under Hannibal's chin, tilting his head up firmly.
"Everything went dark, but the scene in your office shed some light. I may have dragged you into my world today, but something tells me you might have visited long before me," Will's voice tensely hangs between them. Then Hannibal's lips twitch subtly, and Will feels the action ripple like a trapped ghost under his thumb.

“That's not true,” I said gently.
A long silence followed. Then, a flare of panic flickered across his features. “I…thought you could help me, regardless of the outcome.”
“And I did.”
“And you did.” Voice trembling beautifully, he asked, “Why?”
“For the same reason you called to me, Will. You reached me before your words did.”

Summary
Will Graham is a dominant that rules with an iron fist, and Hannibal Lecter is a submissive no other soul could handle. There's a constant balance in the way they work, and as their relationship has progressed, so have the bounds of their dynamic.
It's incredibly rare that Hannibal, the brat that he is, earns himself a true reward from his dominant. But when Hannibal takes care of something for him in a way that Will couldn't have anticipated, Will decides that his submissive has finally earned the treat he's been yearning for.
Or: Hannibal is finally granted permission to eat his dominant out, and does so in a way only Hannibal could.
