A photo shoot was the least sexy setting imaginable.
It was hot.
Not sexy, hot. Just temperature, hot.
Layers of clothes under the blazing lights to get that perfect shot meant it was 8 billion degrees, give or take a degree. There were countless people milling around, tweaking the setting, dabbing away their sweat and fussing with the lights, the cameras, the reflectors. There were so many eyes on them, critiquing their every minute movement.
Peat was focused on capturing his angles, on holding an uncomfortable pose for way too long, on controlling every muscle for the camera. There wasn’t a moment of peace to even think sexy thoughts.
Except Peat had never in his life felt quite so affected as he did right now, in this sweltering heat, under the unforgiving gaze of the camera.
He felt like he couldn’t breathe. There was a thrum of desire pulsing under his skin, cavernous and hungry and he was terrified it showed on his face.

The most beautiful man he’d ever seen was glaring at him. Prapai was used to being glared at, so normally this wouldn’t phase him, in another context he might even use the opportunity for some harmless flirting. But today, after the exhausting and stressful day he'd had, and the way the man was looking at him, all judgy and annoyed, it only made Prapai more flustered.
“First time?” The beautiful man asked, looking down at the messy pile Prapai had just dumped in his window but he made no move to help.

Still, he’s felt like absolute shit for weeks, and the idea of sitting in his hotel room, where he would probably masturbate, cry, and have another night of fitful sleep, did not make him feel any better. Getting to be skin to skin with Ilya Rozanov did. And surely Rozanov wouldn’t be demanding Shane make a nest in his damn bed if he didn’t fully intend on actually kissing him in it and keeping him there until morning, right?
Maybe that would be enough to pick Shane up out of this drop, keep it from happening again.

Summary
