Summary
Jimmy Solidarity was a middle school science teacher. He wasn't meant for anything larger than that, and he was fine with that.
But that all changes when he wakes up alone in space, with no memories of who or what he once was, and why he was in space. As his memory begins to return to him, he learns that he is humanities last hope to solve the mystery behind a substance that is causing the sun to die out.
With what he can piece together and the information he slowly begins to remember as time goes on, Jimmy must find a way to save the sun, and to save earth, alone.
At least, that was what he thought. Turns out he may not be as alone as he thought he was after all.

Frankie really did not want to be living a lie. He didn’t want to worry about touching water, worry about what his friends would think if they learned the truth. He’s had close calls before, but somehow they still didn’t know he was a robot.
How could he even bring it up, at this rate? Would the others understand? He’s sure Vector and Marina would be understanding.. But..
At some point Frankie would have to tell them. Frankie knew this. But everyday he got further in his lie, and everyday the guilt would only pile up more. Frankie really needed to tell his friends the truth, but he knew he’d lose their trust.

An incident at Grover Cleveland Middle School changes everything; Colt and Ryland try not to fall apart.

Ryland drops the water bottle. It drops to the ground with a disgusting clang. The sound reverberates through his ears, and he flinches. But his brain is spinning spinning spinning, and the man with the gun moves closer. Lunging toward his classroom, Ryland twists the lock from the other side and slams it closed, deserting himself in the hallway.
“Barricade this door now! Use desks. Books. Backpacks. Anything and everything you can find! Do it now!” he shouts. His voice doesn’t betray him this time.
“Mr. Grace! Mr. Grace!” he hears.
Olivia runs to the window, terror wide in her brown eyes. Kids should never have to experience something like this. They're in school. It’s supposed to be safe.

“Nope–no you have to keep the pressure on that, Colt–” Jody grabbed his hand, guided it back upward, glancing over his shoulder to see what he was looking at.
There wasn’t anything of note behind him, just the pavement and a laughing couple stumbling their way around the corner.
Was he concussed?
“I’m not Colt,” Colt said, interrupting Jody’s thoughts. He cocked his head to the side, frowned, tried to lower his hand for the third time like he’d already forgotten what he was supposed to be doing. “I’m trying–I need to find Colt. M’not him.”
Oh, yeah, he was definitely fucking concussed.
(Ryland is concussed, Colt is framed for murder and concussed, and Jody is definitively lost in all the sauce because someone forgot to tell her that Colt has a twin brother.)
