What happens if, without his much needed meds, his quirks become too strong to hide? Others call him 'weird', but would a pack of werewolves think the same way? What about one wolf in particular?

    If the others are having trouble tolerating Stiles, surely a sour-faced Alpha would find him absolutely unbearable...right?

Except, Wylan does know how to play pretend, because he has been pretending his whole life.

    When Wylan falls into a meltdown, Jesper helps him to see that there is nothing wrong with having a brain like his, and Wylan starts to see that being who he is is enough - and he doesn't have to pretend anymore.
