Summary
“Sirius,” he whispers, eyes and lungs burning, feeling the irresistible pull that wants him to step forward.
“Remus, Remus, Remus,” the veil hisses, pulling him forward as his arms shake from the effort of trying to resist, the scent of motor oil and cigarette smoke washing over him. “Remus, Remus, Remus.”
He takes a deep breath as there’s a shout from nearby, sparks skittering across his skin, and lets himself fall forward. The mist passes over him with no sensation, it’s not cold or wet like he was expecting, Remus’ stomach flipping as he falls, filled with anticipation of the landing.
All at once everything turns black.
A story of grief, self-discovery, and self-love.

“Who are the marauders?”
“They’re teen royalty,” Evan says, glancing over at the field, and Remus follows his gaze to a trio of boys making their way out onto the field, wind artfully tousling their hair like they’re currently shooting a shampoo commercial. “If Hogsmeade was The Daily Prophet, they would always be on the cover.”
“That one there, that’s James Potter,” Barty says, pointing at the dark skinned boy with messy hair and gold rimmed glasses, his gym uniform appearing to be several sizes too small. “He is one of the dumbest guys you will ever meet. Evan sat next to him in English last year.”
“He asked me how to spell orange.”
“And that little one, that’s Peter Pettigrew,” Barty continues, pointing out the smaller blonde boy, a muggle cell phone pressed against his ear, so focused on his call that he doesn’t even notice the dodgeball before it bounces off the side of his head. “Peter Pettigrew knows everyone’s business. He knows everything about everyone.”
“And evil takes human form in Sirius Black,” Barty says darkly, an unpleasant expression crossing his face.

“So,” Lyall says, eyes flicking at him over the top of the newspaper, clearing his throat while Remus braces himself for whatever he’s going to say next. “That’s a very fancy necklace that you’re wearing.”
“Oh.” His hand automatically reaches for the small charms dangling at the base of his throat, rubbing his thumb against the golden star and moon, shrugging as he meets his tad’s eye again. “Sirius gave it to me yesterday morning after we went back to my room."
Remus and Sirius are spending their first Christmas together as a couple.

Summary
“So get married,” Sirius says calmly, his scent giving absolutely nothing away as he turns towards him and stretches his arm out along the top of the sofa, arching a brow when Remus just gapes at him.
“To fucking who?” he asks, giving him a baffled look as he throws his hands up in the air. “Am I supposed to track down the man who knocked me up, whose name and appearance I don’t know, and ask if he wants a husband? Take out an advertisement in the Prophet, perhaps?”
Sirius gives him a flat look, tonguing the inside of his cheek before he looks away, eyes focusing on the wall next to the fireplace. “You could marry me.”
When Remus finds himself pregnant after a one night stand he knows that he won't be able to keep his baby, no matter how much he wants them, due to the Ministry's draconian laws against werewolves. Luckily, his best friend has a solution...

“I meant to clean all of this up before you came over, but then class ran late, and now-”
“Baby, it’s fine,” Sirius murmurs, reminding himself once again that he’s not allowed to say Remus’ name tonight, or even really speak at all, reaching out to gently wrap his fingers around his wrist before giving him a little tug. Remus huffs in exasperation but turns towards him anyway, putting one knee on the bed and swinging the other over his lap, draping his arms over Sirius’ shoulders as he settles his weight on his thighs. “I’ve seen your bedroom before, remember?”
“Through a screen,” Remus grumbles, gnawing on his lower lip as he glances around the room, a little divot forming between his brows when he finally meets his eye. “Are you sure you really want to do this? We don’t have to.”
“I really, really do,” he whispers.

Summary
Remus sighs as he pauses on the pavement outside the cafe, running a hand through his hair and tugging at his scarf, stomach squirming from nerves.
He assures himself that everything will probably be fine, trying to take a deep breath and wheezing instead, coughing a little before he swallows almost convulsively. It’s just a hangout with some of his new friends from uni. Casual. It will be totally fine.
He rethinks that assessment as soon as he pulls open the door and steps into the almost humid warmness of the coffee shop, feeling frozen as a pair of striking gray eyes glance in his direction and pause, watching as his lips pull up into a wide smile the longer Remus stands there like an idiot.

In the wake of his father’s death Sirius Black finds himself living on the North Carolina coast in the beach-themed love shack that Orion shared with his mistress. His plan for the summer is to finish writing his novel, get the house ready so that he can list it for sale, and get back to New York before the leaves can even begin to change.
Too bad his former college nemesis and fellow author Remus Lupin lives right next door, just as surly and withdrawn as he remembers him being, throwing a wrench into all of his carefully laid out plans.

Summary
Sirius can’t help but to feel a little nervous as he watches the sun slowly lower outside the leaded glass windows, casting the drawing room in an odd, murky light that sends a shiver down his spine, shadows lengthening as he gently combs his fingers through Remus’ hair.
It’s not as if they haven’t talked about this before, but it was always nothing more than a fantasy. Remus hissing filthy words in his ear as he took him from behind, knowing that it riled Sirius up like nothing else, and he’s wanked many a time to the exact scenario that they’ll hopefully be partaking in after the moon has risen. They’ve done things the other way around as well, it’s no surprise that horny teenagers who could barely keep their hands off each other at the best of times would decide to experiment, and just the thought of it is enough to make Sirius start panting like the dog that he is.
What they’re attempting tonight though has always been too dangerous.

“Alright, Moony-mine?” Sirius murmurs quietly, running a hand over his hair, the sound and sensations suddenly present because Sirius willed them to be. The spell that he’s under is completely at Sirius’ command, only letting Remus feel what he wants him to, and he forces himself to relax again.
“Good,” Remus says, or at least he thinks he does, able to feel his lips moving but unable to hear his own voice. Sirius hums quietly and kisses the corner of his mouth, the touch vanishing again, and then there’s something cold being trailed along his stomach.

“What,” he says breathlessly, sounding strangled, blinking a few times at the pink leather collar covered in little rhinestones like he can make it go away through the power of sheer disbelief. “What do you expect me to do with that?”
“I expect you to buckle it around that skinny neck of yours.” Sirius arches a brow and gives him a devilish grin, shaking the collar for emphasis as the tag jingles quietly.

“Hello, Moony,” Padfoot says, his voice so deep that it sends heat spilling through Remus’ veins, his throat catching as Padfoot’s lips spread into a full, absolutely beautiful smile.
“Thank you for joining me,” Remus manages to say, remembering that this was meant to be a gift stream to show his appreciation, fluttering his lashes in the way he’s realized his viewers like. “I thought about putting on a special outfit but I wasn’t sure what you would like.”
“I like you like this,” Padfoot says, his voice coming out husky as he nods towards the stream, and Remus blinks in surprise as he glances down at himself. “You look cozy.”

Madame Maureen's Magical Maison is, for all intents and purposes, a brothel. It exists in an odd gray area, seeing as all forms of sex work are outlawed both by magical and muggle governments, but the bodies for hire here are not technically people. Sirius has heard them be called all manner of things—sex dolls, robots, companions, enchanted toys, poppets, the list goes on—but they’ve been taking the wizarding world by storm.
Personally, he finds the entire idea disgusting.

Remus doesn’t think that he’s particularly quiet in bed, he’s been known to moan and groan and even whine on occasion, but Sirius has asked him for dirty talk which he feels wildly uncomfortable with. He likes it when Sirius does it, whispering filth in his ear while taking him apart completely, but every time Remus tries he feels like the stupidest person alive.

He’s thought about it nearly every time they have sex, the idea circling in the back of his mind as he pumped his fingers inside Remus' body or while Remus opened him up, wondering how to bring up the idea of wanting more. He’s seen pictures in those zines that both of them bring home sometimes, and it doesn’t always look pleasant, but the desire for it has settled into his bones so strongly that sometimes he finds himself trembling with how badly he wants it.
He really shouldn’t have been surprised when he finally brought it up and Remus was immediately on board with it.

When Sirius stumbled upon Full Moon Ink he probably should have done a little more research before immediately booking an appointment, but he was so impressed by one artist's portfolio and the little section on their website about being non-discriminatory and welcoming to people who are scared of needles that he decided to throw caution to the wind.
He received an email from the artist within an hour of booking his appointment, R. Lupin, and he seemed both understanding of his issues and was more than willing to work with him on them, the two of them occasionally chatting about their shared profession and different techniques in the weeks leading up to his appointment.
Which is when the universe decided to really throw a wrench into the mix.

Remus is careful as he pulls open the door to the locker room, holding his breath as he listens to the sound of the shower running before he creeps inside, slowly pulling down the zipper of his coveralls as he winds through the tiled room towards the back where the shower stalls are, giving his head a little shake as he peeks around the corner and sees what’s waiting for him.
He loves Sirius to death but he might be the most unobservant man he’s ever met. He has no awareness of his surroundings, he never thinks to look over his shoulder or to check if people are staring at him, and as much as he appreciates it at times like this it makes him overwhelmingly worried for his safety sometimes.
There are some really sick freaks out there in the world.

Summary
When Sirius awakens consciousness comes in fits and bursts.
First he’s aware of the lights above him, harsh and blinding, reminding him of those cylindrical tubes used in muggle supermarkets. Then it’s of his body, chilled and naked, stretched out on some sort of metal slab, his arms and legs held in place by restraints that leave him spread eagle and exposed. Little bits of his surroundings filter in, shiny white walls and unrecognizable panels that flicker with light and make strange beeping noises, a foreign touch rubbing along his chest and something pulling through his hair, and a series of clicks and growls that have dread dripping through his veins before he fully comes back to himself.
There’s some sort of creature standing above him.
