Sometimes Shouto will come to help Katsuki after he's done purging. Usually, Katsuki only does it at night, to be careful, but sometimes he can't wait. Sometimes the meal is just too greasy or fatty and he can feel it sinking into his body, permeating his bones and infesting his marrow.
Shouto will say Kats. In that gentle tone. He'll say Kats, you know eating fast upsets your stomach. Why do you eat so fast? Slow down. And it will be sympathetic and it will be everything Katsuki doesn't deserve for lying. He'll feel the urge to throw up again.
