Summary
Being one of the multiverse's hottest commodities is not for the faint of heart. (Ver. 2.0)
Ricks across the multiverse use you for companionship. This is the price you pay for existing; a price that your Rick has graciously (or not?) spared you from. But the Citadel doesn't like rogues very much, and you worry that sparing you from your fate will prove to be more trouble than it's worth. Taken in by Rick for your 'own protection,' you become dependent on an insanely volatile man, and unknowingly, he becomes dependent on you. You'd do anything to stay in his good graces. He'd do anything to stay in yours.

Summary
Reader is midway through her Master's Degree, suffering from a lack of excitement. Something in her, some part of her, wants more. -- Where Reader is hired to tutor Morty and finds the more she needs in his strange, asshole Grandpa.
NOTE: I'm back after, like 5 years which is actually crazy to me. I finished my degree, I'm in my Masters now in particle physics (hence the minor self insert) and I'm SO excited to be writing these again. To anyone who read any of my original works, I love you!

Summary
"Okay, I love you, bye." The new clarinetist - Mel - said, before hanging up. She then sighed, and sat down on the front steps, resting her elbows on her knees and cupping her face. Frank put the cigarette away, and wondered what his first words should be to her. Something about how she was really fantastic, and she shouldn't beat herself up, and she sounded great during her parts and had nothing to worry about.
"You know, a year ago I saw a guy throw up in that exact spot you're in. So I wouldn't sit there."
Or:
After Robby caught him with pills thirty minutes before a concert, Frank Langdon comes back to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra ten months later with two goals: to keep his job as a percussionist and to stay clean. Unfortunately, what's waiting for him in the orchestra is having to see his ex-wife during rehearsals, a conductor who watches him like a hawk, a section that would rather pretend he doesn't exist, and a new cute principal clarinetist that's becoming impossible to ignore. Kingdon Orchestra AU.

FRANK LANGDON: But what this time?Mel sent him a picture of her laptop screen.
MEL KING: THIS. YOU DID THIS.
FRANK LANGDON: Well don’t they look like they’re having fun?
MEL KING: OMG
FRANK LANGDON: 😇
MEL KING: THEY WON’T STOP.
FRANK LANGDON: Don’t make them stop!Queen Mel may be pregnant!
Mel yelled into her closed fists and scrambled back, pushing the laptop away from her. No, no. Queen Mel could absolutely not be pregnant. She still had to get to the top of the gardening career and she had to write 5 books and she hadn’t even –
FRANK LANGDON: Btw
FRANK LANGDON: Jealous?---
OR: Mel plays The Sims. Someone installed a mod she hasn't used before. Now she can't stop picturing it every time she looks at him. He thinks it's funny. A little harmless flirting never hurt anyone, right?
