Summary
When Hajime goes on vacation in Chile with his friends, despite the place being so different from their homeland, he feels comfortable and it’s like they’ve never been apart.
They usually get together all four of them, wherever the world takes them. Just being with his closest friends is more than enough for Hajime, whether it is in a place with a wonderful, vast view or in a secluded room where the only entertainment is each other’s company, Tooru’s laughter, Mattsun’s impeccably timed reactions, and Makki’s jokes.
Wherever they go, as long as they’re together, it’s more than enough for him.
Yet there’s something about this island… some sort of magic to it, that makes it even more special.
Or: Hajime goes with Tooru, Makki, and Mattsun on vacation in Chiloé, Chile.

Tooru knows the comfort of being in a relationship with someone you know very well—he's lucky to have fallen for his best friend and to have been married to him for some years, his only love. There's not a lot that a couple that knows the other as well as he knows Hajime and like Hajime knows him that they aren't privy to when it comes to each other. They've had years to figure out what makes the other happy, before as a friend, now as a couple.
Yet it's fascinating that in those moments that seem to stand still in time when it's just the two of them, as routinary as they may be, there's always something new when it comes to them.
Or: Coming home after a long time, Tooru finds out that even in some routines he's done a thousand times with Hajime, there's still new things they can learn about each other.
