Summary
1966 was one of the worst years of Ponyboy's life. His best friend was left paralyzed in a freak accident, being told he'd never walk again, except...he did. Johnny learned to walk, and everything seemed to be going great! Until it wasn't, Johnny's parents were too humiliated by their son's charges and moved them all out to San Francisco, California. The greasers begged and argued to get them not to move, but they didn't listen, and by February of 1966, they were gone.
After Johnny left, so did Dally. He fled back to New York. Darry got so caught up in work that he could barely remember he had siblings. And Pony? He worked his ass off in school so he could make something of himself, and, he did.
The year is now 1972, Ponyboy is a scholarship student at Berkley University, he works a shitty day job at a seaside diner, everything is boring and life sucks, until, it doesn't. The boy who kept him going through his early teen years and was there with him through everything is back, and he can barely bring himself to say anything, It's no longer the 60s, it's the era of love, times have changed, and so has Johnny and Ponyboy. But only one of them has realized it.

Summary
Ponyboy just held him as they cried. He held him like Soda had held him the day they had found him lying in the lot. And Johnny hated Ponyboy for that.
Because it reminded him of how amazing Pony was, how comforting and sweet and pretty he was. How much he cared for everyone, for Johnny. How he empathised with anyone and how much it hurt to see him hurt and how happy it was to see him happy and how sad it was to see him sad.
He hated it because it felt like love.
That was wrong. Johnny wasn't allowed to love him. But he did. And God, did it make his heart soar and break at the same time.
Because as bad as he wants to kiss him and hold his hand and talk to him everyday...
He couldn't ever have him.
That might hurt the most.

Summary
It’s the summer after graduating high school, and Jack and Davey are both nineteen.
Apartment hunting together is going well, except for Davey’s big fat crush on his soon-to-be roommate.
That is not going well.
So Davey makes a spur-of-the-moment decision to trace those three words on Jack’s back late at night to….sort of confess his feelings. Jack just won’t know. After all, Jack’s asleep, right?

Summary
Kyle has a plan: to graduate, get into one of the most prestigious schools in the country, and eventually become a lawyer. It’s a solid plan, difficult, but achievable, and it’s guaranteed to bring him great success later in life. He’s also absolutely determined to leave South Park as soon as possible and never see Eric Cartman, his childhood frenemy, ever again.
The problem with that goal is that Cartman himself is absolutely not going to let Kyle slip away from him that easily, even if it means he’ll have to spend their entire senior year driving Kyle up the wall, apply to the same college, and finish his own little redemption arc along the way. It’s his last chance to really ever change anything between the two of them, after all.
