Poe gave up a lot of things when he defected to the Resistance, but there's always more to lose. War is an expensive lifestyle. You've got to keep your affairs in order and do the best you can with what you have. He owes this former Stormtrooper a life-debt, and beyond that he knows the kid's exceptional, so he's going to do everything he can to get the kid a fair start in this messy business.
Finn wakes up and has no idea what to do beyond joining the Resistance, but he knows he’s got to keep up with Poe somehow.BB-8 really just thinks the two of them should go ahead and do that thing that biological organisms seem to spend so much time thinking about where they rub themselves on each other, already, because clearly that needs to happen.
STORY IS COMPLETE, sequel to follow. Warning: The story ends with a romantic subplot unresolved, just a plot arc complete. The romantic subplot is slated to resolve, but does not within this story. I don't want to promise a HEA that I don't deliver on right away!

Summary
Derek’s eyes narrow and Stiles knows he’s fucked up royally, because between one heartbeat and the next, Derek’s pinning him down with one hairy, strong arm.
He practically crawls his way up Stiles’ body, as Stiles scrambles back on the couch to get further away from him, still raising the bowl of candy above his head.
Derek, with a huff of victory finally gets level with Stiles’ face. He reaches up for the bowl again but where Derek’s strong, Stiles is gangly, and it’s still just out of Derek’s reach.
Stiles shoves Derek’s elbow out from under him and he collapses down on top of Stiles with a surprised oomph.
“Can’t get me Derek, I’m the whacky, inflatable arm waving-man,” Stiles laughs delightedly, right in Derek’s face.
Derek’s really close face. His incredibly handsome, stubbly face, a face that is inches away from his own face.
Fuck balls.

Summary
After Stiles finally realises how little he means to Scott, and how little his opinions and even his research mean to the 'true Alpha', he's had enough. With most of the original Hale pack getting away from the Hellhole that is Beacon Hills, he prepares to do the same. The extra addition wasn't planned, but most welcomed, as was an invite by the counsel.
He could do this, going around the world, helping other Supernaturals, getting to know the world, and learning about himself and the community.

Stiles has reached the end. She knew the Pack had been pulling away from her for awhile. She knew Scott saw her as his dorky sidekick who was there for research and even then he didn't always trust her research. Couldn't he see that all she wanted to do was protect the Pack? Protect the territory? Nope. After the Nogitsune, Scott tells Stiles she isn't Pack. Still, Stiles holds on. After her father - no, not her father, the Sheriff - disowns her, Stiles holds on. The last straw? The one that did her in? The Sheriff basically gave Mr. Argent permission to kill her. With nothing left, no reason to hold on any longer - Stiles goes to said Mr. Argent's house to give him the chance to do just that - kill her. What happens next is a ride of magic, murder, and discovering the true meaning of Pack.

Stiles’ roar echoed in his own ears as he slammed his fist down on the desk, rattling everything on it. He immediately glanced at Eli, making sure the noise hadn’t disturbed him. The kid barely stirred, his small frame bundled up in blankets on the couch. Stiles took a deep breath, lowering his voice but not his intensity.
“You don’t get to decide that, Scott,” he hissed into the phone. “You don’t get to decide what’s best for my kid. That’s my job. And if you think for a second that leaving him out there to fend for himself was somehow a better option than calling me, you’re even more deluded than I thought.”

After Derek's death Eli struggles with his control over the wolf. Scott and Allison was too busy playing house to help him. So he makes a quick decision to find his other dad. He heard he was magic. Maybe he could help him. Maybe he could bring his dad back.
