Summary
Jayce came to terms with his death twice in the last 24 hours, so it comes as great surprise when he realises he is, in fact, still alive and much younger in a new timeline. He will stop at nothing to make sure this time everything goes right, but he has to learn to navigate the fact that his Viktor isn't the one here with him. And yeah, he is glad this Viktor isn't sick and that they get to have the happy ending he probably didn't deserve, but he can't help but wonder what went wrong, why isn't his Viktor here enjoying this new life?
No, no, no, he will take the win.
He can do this right?or, Jayce gets into a very similar timeline where Viktor is oblivious to all that just transpired. He tries his best to make all wrongs right while mourning his former Viktor, who didn't get to this timeline, or, maybe, is hiding in the subcouncious of this new Viktor.

Everywhere he goes, the same nerdy college student is always there. Spiderman enters a room? The cute brown haired guy leaves 15 minutes later, his hair a mess, all tousled and sticking up in odd places. Spiderman carries takeout into the college student’s apartment at all hours of the night. And then, he stays there all night. Spiderman carries the student’s backpack to his classes. Spider-Man returns library books for the student, dropping them off in the drop box as he swings past.
It’s obvious, Deadpool thinks. Honestly, he’s surprised he didn’t realize sooner.
Spiderman and the mystery college student are dating.

Peter can't stop Wade from flirting, so he does what any scientist would do and turns it into an experiment. Only, he realizes too late that teasing and sexually frustrating a trained mercenary may not have been one of his best ideas when Wade gets his hands on an inhibitor collar.

Lucky for him, his plan to find Spidey leads him to Feast, where he meets a grieving Peter Parker, who's working himself to the bone. Hopefully they can help each other out before a new villain decides to destroy Manhattan. (And maybe fall in love along the way...)
