The story makes you out to be a detective who's trying to puzzle the missing persons' cases together. You string everything together with one word being "Laugh" as you dig deeper. You soon start seeing an oddly familiar figure getting closer and closer; however, as this happens you're only getting closer to the answer you desperately need. Your job is preventing you from taking care of yourself, which creates an issue with a loved one. As the issue tenses, you make the case. You drive in the rain to finalize it, to finish the case, but you never quite get there.

“Look, all we have to do is pretend to date until after finals are done being graded. Then when we see that I pass, we can stage our break up, and go our separate ways.” Y/n explained in a hush voice, careful so that Verita couldn’t hear. Liu dipped his head down to Y/n’s ear, whispering something into it.
