Summary
Jurassic World: Dominion, but the story differs:
Doctor Alan Grant and Doctor Ellie Sattler didn’t go to Biosyn as early as in canon and therefore Maisie had to escape on her own. Even after leaving the valley, she is stranded and alone in northern Italy, an ocean away from everything she ever knew as a home.
Moreover, the events on Malta end slightly, yet significantly different:
Owen and Claire did not learn Maisie’s location yet and Rainn Delacourt survived and is now out for revenge.Some retellings of canon events may seem a little short, but that is only because they are simply meant to refresh the memory until the divergences start.

My take on what would've transpired had the giganotosaurus did more than just scared Maisie after that ladder incident.
I'm a sucker for angst, so expect loads of it. Also, Mom Claire and Dad Owen deserved more scenes with Maisie in Dominion.
Side note: I changed a lot of interactions/conversations for the sake of this story - but the framework of the movie is still there :)
