That’s exactly how Satoru finds her when he bursts through the door. It swings hard enough to smack against the wall. Shoko jolts, rising half out of her chair before she realizes who it is.
“What the fuck, Satoru?!”
“I’m pregnant," he says, placing a hand over his stomach. Shoko stares at him. Then laughs. Hard enough to bend at the waist, a hand coming up to wipe her hair out of her face.
“Shoko.” Satoru’s voice breaks, crumbling on the last letter of her name. It shuts her up, makes the laughter die as she looks at him.
“You aren’t kidding?”
Satoru shakes his head, clutching at the fabric of his loose sleep shirt. Shoko approaches him slowly, eyes trained on his hand like she’s trying to see the proof.
“How do you know?”
Breath stuttering, Satoru smiles, “I saw it.”
Or, Satoru Gojo is pregnant, and he's about to make it everyone's problem.

Suguru’s face scrunches immediately, the hand in front of him waving to dispel the ridiculous words Satoru let into the universe. “No. No—Satoru,” Suguru inhales with his whole chest. “I was just saying, like, I could—” Suguru’s lips pull together for a moment, wrinkling. “I could tell you a story. Something extremely unbelievable, like a girl wanting you to fuck her.”

His friend's rough fingertips dipped under the fabric and smoothed over his abdomen, sending a shiver down his frame despite the humidity. Suguru cleared his throat, frowning slightly.
"Caring for someone doesn't make you weak," Suguru swallowed and he had found his eyes entranced by the movement of his Adam's apple bobbing while trying to also hang on his words "caring for you makes me stronger, Satoru." His name spoken by his favorite voice, coming from what he now knew to be his favorite lips, and he was hopeless.

Gojo is plagued by regrets and memories of his past and can't stop thinking about the time he went to the beach and finally hooked up with his hot best friend. I mean this man cannot do simple tasks without being derailed by it. Idk maybe he should go find him and make out or something??

“Satoru?” The word rings, fuzzy in his ears as it whines like tinnitus, familiar and heart stopping.
‘I’m dead.’ He can’t even hear his own thoughts over the loudness of the world, staggering where he stands, eyes still fixated on the sky, on the sun. ‘I’m dead, I died, I felt my heart stop, this can’t be, it can’t-’
“Hey,” it comes again, a little more urgent than before, a little closer, another hammer to his ears and all the noise shrieking behind his eyes. He recoils hard enough to go stumbling as a hand reaches for him, covered in flesh rather than empty bone, tan and recognizable. Unbelievable.
There’s something wet trickling from his nose. Bile stings on the back of his tongue. The words dissolve into the rest of the white noise as he stares up at the blue of the sky, and tries to remember if he’d ever had a hallucination as bright as this.
‘I have to be dead,’ he thinks. Somehow, he isn’t.
Or: Gojo Satoru goes back in time. He makes a couple of changes for the better.

His jaw clenches, eyes flaring back as if challenging him to disagree; don’t you dare think I'm fragile, his thoughts suffice, and somehow it looks as if Itadori can hear them too, swallowing his words in the back of his throat. “Don't assume otherwise.”
As he looks back at him, Megumi starts to have the faintest impression that he’s pushed too far. His throat tightens and makes itself completely dry. His fingers, still hidden under the warmth of his coat, begin to tremble as he sucks air in through his nose and bites the inner side of his cheek, suddenly tensing up. Itadori spares him another glance across his face, eyebrows pinched low and unsure, but as he blinks, all of it washes away, and when he looks at him again it’s with a soft smile.
“I hope we’ll get along, then, me and you.”
or, in a world in which people are born with their death sentence on their wrists, Megumi has always been quite intrigued by the name on his own

“When was the last time you were bathed?” The question is layered with many more that Satoru would like to volley at the chick. He holds his tongue,a decision that was well made, the boy flinches back, just slightly and glares up at Satoru warily. The disarray of his wings extends to his hair, and down into his pale face, smeared with exhaustion and hunger.

“It was...” Suguru starts, before he can go any further.
Satoru pauses, tilts his head at him, and waits.
Suguru, breathless still and almost incapable of any thought under than SatoruSatoruSatoru, finally finishes, “I’m so happy to see you. Satoru.”
Satoru smiles again – tiny, a barely-there curve at the corner of his lips. Familiar, but not like how he used to smile at him.
“Me too, Suguru,” he says, and then he’s walking away, his head lowered with one of his hands pushing the hair back from his forehead.
He looks back at him from the door. Suguru straightens, his chest filling up as he takes a desperate breath. Then Satoru waves and disappears inside.
Or, Suguru Geto hasn't seen Satoru Gojo for more than a decade. If he has things his way, he'll see him every day for the rest of his life.
