Ghost gets that itch, that throb in the pit of his stomach and that voice in the back of his head that calls him a coward as he lets the quiet draw on, unable to let one simple word free. What makes it so hard? Why can he litter concrete with blood and shell casings but he can’t utter a single syllable? Three letters.
