Summary
“Give me your TemPad, Agent Mobius,” Kang says simply.
“Why?” Mobius demands, Loki standing intimidatingly beside him in solidarity.
“Simple,” Kang flops to sit on the glass. “I need to get into the TVA. And you, my good sir, don’t have a choice.”
Mobius glances at the vents around the enclosure, which suddenly spew hot air by their ankles.
“Pfft. Or what…?” Mobius scoffs. “You’ll heat us to death?” Mobius half-laughs at how ridiculous this thought is till he turns to jab Loki in the side. Loki, however, is deathly pale. His chest puffs slowly… laboriously.
“Exxxactly,” Kang purrs, rattling like a snake.

But, what Sif finds in Thor's mouth is… a servant. They drunkenly kiss and kiss.
Sif stumbles back. Her angry, heartbroken gaze slides…
… to Loki.
Loki lurks in the shadows. He slyly covers the curve of his lips with the curve of his cup.
“YOU,” Sif YANKS his arm.
Loki YAPs smugly as Sif drags him from the hall.

Loki freezes in Mobius' arms. Slowly, he lets it slide.
"He's here."

Summary
Stories are a thing of infinite possibilities. They can be visual, they can be physical. They can be quick, they can be a slow burn. Some stories branch out into paths unheard of, while other stories can create a ripple, creating a vast butterfly effect that goes deeper than anyone could ever imagine. Every story is the retelling of a timeline in its own right. Some are more Sacred than others… but why is that? Who really has the right to say which stories are true? Of greater value?
Ultimately, this is the story of how a Detective, a Human Lie Detector, and a couple of Lokis become the keys to standing up against the threat of a Multiversal Collapse.
This canon-divergent fic blends in elements of Loki Season 1 with some Loki comics, most notably Agent of Asgard. Be wary of MCU/AoA spoilers. Unless otherwise noted, any correlation to Loki Season 2 is coincidental.

Summary
Loki has hit his limit of facing the terrifying enormity of the TVA, and he’s just ready to sleep. Mobius is still as confusing and curious as ever as they prepare to part ways for the evening, but in the spirit of feeling he has nothing to lose, Loki asks for one final thing, and gets more than he could have expected from this new ‘companion’ of his.

“But, well, he isn’t a prince anymore, is he? At least as he is, this supposed ‘variant’ self. Nobody who is manhandled and thoroughly humiliated and broken down so completely as he has been is worthy of that title… if he ever even was to begin with.
‘Yeah, it’s not glamorous, but it’ll have to do. I tried to push for you to stay in an apartment with or near me, but no dice,’ Mobius shrugs.
‘You pushed for me to be able to stay with you? Why? You don’t strike me as stupid, Mobius, what would convince you that was a good idea?’”

Neither had Lucifer, apparently, because according to Beelzebub (who passed the idea along, endlessly suited to being a middle-man despite not being a man of any description) it was Crawly’s job and Crawly’s job alone.
