Summary
Liu Qingge is a wildlife photographer that gets lost in a swamp at night. When a swamp-dwelling mer, Luo Binghe, finds him, he decides to protect the vulnerable human and herd him toward his den. After a night spent in each other's company, Luo Binghe resolves to make Liu Qingge his mate.

Summary
Luo Binghe loved the idea of starting a family with Shen Qingqiu, but becoming a parent is a whole other challenge. Luo Binghe struggles through parenthood, uncovering facets of himself he was previously unwilling to face as he learns to love his children and conquer his self-hatred.
(I always hated how many people dumb Luo Binghe down and say there's no way he would be a good parent, and so I wanted to express through this that it's more complicated than him being just an immature, incompetent manchild)

Mobei-jun wants to secure his line of succession by having a heir of his own. Shang Qinghua is shocked considering he had only recently become head disciple and had said he wasn't willing to get knocked up. Mobei-jun surprises him more.

Fuck fuck fuck he was fucking gorgeous, and before he even realized it Hua Cheng was sitting up a little straighter, his eye trained on the man that moved so elegantly across the stage. He was slender, with long brown hair that was swept up into a ponytail that swayed as he walked.
Every single moment was the most beautiful thing Hua Cheng had ever seen. Most dancers wore impossibly high heels, but this man was barefoot, the way he moved almost more like acrobatics, his lithe body twisting and bending in a way that had Hua Cheng completely entranced.
