Summary
Percy isn't dealing well with adjusting to life in New Rome. He tries, but panic attacks still find him. But so does Nico. Percy opens up about some of his past and Nico wants to help him, but isn't sure how.
Percy is hiding when he hears Piper and Annabeth talk by the lake. They don't know he's there, but what Annabeth says, hurts him so much that his heart breaks. Not ready to deal with the people he trusted most calling him a monster, he vapor travels for the first time and finds himself in an unfamiliar place.
