But House knew, of course he did. In fact he thought of the information to be quite very obvious.
But Wilson didn’t know that House knew. So Wilson mainly dated women, nobody would look weirdly at him if he told anyone he had a girlfriend. But lately Wilson had started talking to this guy.
He was really sweet and Wilson was so mesmerised by his charmingly good looks, that he didn’t realise when he changed into someone worse, someone hurtful.
Or, Wilson gets into a bad relationship, House is there for him throughout it all and afterwards as well.
