Summary
Herido, roto e inclusive traicionado por el que alguna vez llamó su padre, Nightwing se encontraba en el punto más álgido de su desesperación. Después de los eventos de Espiral, de su asesinato a manos de Lex Luthor y ahora su posterior regreso, se encontró con la fría indiferencia no solo de su familia, sino del mundo de los héroes.
El rumor de su misión y de que decidió hacerla sin decirle a nadie, tirándoselas de héroe solitario, lo ha aislado de los que alguna vez fueron sus compañeros. Su familia lo detesta. Esto lo lleva a tomar la decisión, aunque sea momentánea, de retirarse, de colgar la máscara y reencontrarse en su camino.
Al mismo tiempo, sin que los héroes lo sepan, se está generando en el macrocosmos un evento único: la oportunidad de restaurar el daño causado a toda la estructura de la creación. El movimiento que el Creador, en su infinita paciencia, sabía que llegaría y ahora está a las puertas.

It’s never strange when Dick goes off the grid. He used to do it quite a lot, then it slowed as Tim became Robin. It dropped to once in a while when Jason returned. And it stopped completely after Damian arrived. That is, until Dick faked his death and disappeared for an entire fucking year. Tim takes a deep breath, looking at the bat computer in front of him. Now wasn’t the time. Dick may have gone off grid in the past. But, barring his most recent mission, he’d always kept a line of communication. He’d never just vanished before.

Where Jason and Tim finally find out what really went down with Spyral and afterwards. Now the only way they can find out where Dick went is through footage and the memories of people they never thought Dick would trust.
