Summary

AU in which Wesker survives, though barely alive, he tracks down Chris and hides in his apartment, waiting for the perfect moment to kill him. Only to find out that it's Leon's apartment instead. And Leon being the innocent hero that he is, feels sorry for the injured stranger and unknowingly helps a mass murderer recover to full health.
How does Wesker thank him? By going after his best friend and beating the living shit out of him.

“Hey Tommy.” Phil says softly, hoping that using the kids name could help a bit in getting him out of his instincts. The boy merely hisses, baring two sharp fangs. He can’t help but sign softly at the child's reaction. He brings the plate of food on the floor and slides it a bit under the bed. Then he takes his hand away not wanting to be another victim of the child’s claws.
Tommy makes a loud hiss and Phil nods his head. “Alright. Alright. I’m leaving mate.” he says, getting up of the floor. He hears the plate move more into the makeshift den but nothing else.

There is a legend that everyone knows, told to them as bedtime stories at twilight as children or passed around from others, whispered.
That legend says that anyone that had been nothing but abused, used, experimented or manipulated during their shit excuse of a childhood would grow a pair of wings.
The legend called them fallen angels, as the ones that were these broken angels had their innocence taken away at a very young age.
The wings are pure white with dark crack-like features at the bottom, the gods creating these to give people a sense of joy, happiness, or freedom; something to prevent them from giving up completely.
Dream is one of those people, The Smp finds out... How?
