The slap hits her, shocks her. She’s been in bar brawls before, taken many a punch to the face when dealing with drunks or misdirected anger, felt the bruises rise hours before they’d become visible, but a slap is different.
A slap is a burning red mark upon her cheek, twisting her head around off balance, intent on humiliation rather than harm. A slap sounds louder around the cold stonework room, drawing everyone’s attention to it, some sneering at her in glee.

Summary
Centred on the raised level was an expansive bed, draped in luscious silk brocade. A bed that—Dolthedir blanched as he realised it—was occupied.
Raphael himself lay languidly upon the blood red coverlet, wearing considerably less than he had the last time Dolthedir had seen him. He was in his devil form as he reclined upon the bed: great, leathery wings framed his defined features, and his long, red tail flicked languidly off the edge of the mattress. Only a few straps of studded leather wrapped around his body, leaving frighteningly little to the imagination. He met Dolthedir’s shocked gaze with one of feral delight.
“A lost little mouse is running through the House. A thief in the night, greedy and here to take.”
Dolthedir (Tav) tries snooping around Raphael's Boudoir and gets more than he bargained for. After all is said and done, Astarion helps him begin working through what happened to him.

It was utterly degrading. He had pulled you aside at the first opportunity, snuck off into some unkempt plot of land behind the circus, and stripped you bare without so much as unbuttoning any of his own clothes. Now, you were bent over beneath him and fully at his mercy. You just hoped nobody would stumble across the scene.

"If I time this right it shouldn't go too far but I understand if you want time, space, to re-evaluate us. Afterwards. This means nothing to me, I need you to hear that, to know that, Astarion."

I wanted to flesh out the encounter with Haarlep in the House of Hope more 'cause it struck me as a little odd that your companions have absolutely nothing to say about it, especially if you have a partner.
The dialogue isn't accurate to the game and there isn't a lot of detail with Haarlep but it's your responsibility as a reader to consider the tags.

Summary
Asra’s heart felt like it was pounding out of his chest, and he didn’t know why.
Well, that’s not entirely true— he knew that he was currently taking a stroll through the market on his own, casually browsing some particularly shiny crystals, which meant that whatever was causing this tidal wave of terror that was trying to suffocate him wasn’t a result of his own actions. Therefore, whatever was going horribly wrong was happening on his lover’s end, and it didn’t seem to be stopping.
It wasn’t completely unusual to feel sudden spikes of fear that weren’t his own— occasionally his partner would trip, or drop something, and he would feel the momentary horror that flooded their body— but this was different. This was a genuine, endless ocean of devastation and pure terror that crashed through into him, filling his lungs until he could barely breathe.
Or
Asra is finds MC crying and terrified because they’ve remembered their death. Angst and revelations ensue.
