Yoongi should have clued into it at this point, but he is exhausted, and he is rather thrown at hearing Hoseok’s voice when he had been expecting Taehyung.

“Ummm,” Yoongi draws it out. Taehyung had made him promise to calm Hoseok down so he wouldn’t fly to Japan to get revenge. “What exactly are you talking about?”
