He’s the only one awake, the only one occupying a stall at two in the fucking morning.After Yuuji 'died', Megumi's lack of sleep is noticed by Nobara. There are bed sharing, sleeping, and a realization that this is becoming a thing. It's for the better, really.

Summary
Even in her delirious state, she sees how the nurse’s soft touches and sweet words are reserved for everyone except for her. All that she’s left with are the pursed lips of uncertainty and the question of would she be better off dead? hanging in the air. Still, Nobara can’t hate her too much. As far as she knows, the nurse is the one who fixed her up enough to be lucid right now.
And really, the bad feelings between them aren’t the nurse’s fault. It’s the fault of the creature in the corner. Or, rather, it’s the fact that Nobara can see it at all. She’s a bad omen, a bridge between reality and it’s dark underbelly. A delinquent at best and a curse-given-flesh at worst.
And maybe the nurse, like everyone else here, hates her for other things, too. The things she doesn’t talk about, but nonetheless lives and breathes. The things that start and end with Saori.
