Summary
Dick is Jason’s favorite out of all of them. It’s a secret Jason will take to the grave, that some days, Dick is the only thing that makes life at the Manor tolerable.
The rule all the Wayne children come to learn is that the nail who sticks out gets hammered down but no matter how much Bruce’s iron fist comes down on Dick, he keeps springing back up again, somersaulting neatly back on his feet again.
And while they’re all freaks, Dick might be the biggest freak of them all for being full of love and laughter despite growing up in a household lacking both. The girls let him try on their skirts and dresses in exchange for his promise to braid their hair. He and Duke have struck a deal where they pool together their allowances and take turns sneaking out of the Manor to buy vinyl records for the battered record player they found in the basement of the Manor. Even Tim and Damian - Mr. Holier-Than-Thou and the Demon Spawn - like him.
But what Jason has a harder time wrapping his mind around is the fact that out of all the Wayne children, Dick wants to spend time with him the most.

He is not ready for the picture that floods the screen when he opens the phone.
The man is gorgeous. Pretty in a way Jason’s never seen in real life before. It’s probably a filter, one of those fancy ones to smooth out features that people are fond of. Though it's hard to tell which one in the brightly lit bathroom.
Dick Grayson is beautiful. His blue eyes and caramel skin are so vivid and rich it makes the rest of the bathroom dull in comparison. The smile that greets him is wide enough to show dimples, body in an angle that must be uncomfortable. The pull of the soft looking blue shirt upwards shows off cut abs and a body that makes Jason self conscious. Especially with the way that plump, plush ass sits on the edge of the counter.
The text that splays over the picture makes him choke.
