Eren's always liked video games, liked them so much he took a gap year after high school just to play them (and work at a Starbucks because his mother would never let him just play video games). One day he commissions help from notahorse420 — an amazing builder in his favourite game — and things, they kind of escalate.
Now, Eren thinks that notahorse420 will just ask another question about window colours or something similar, as he usually does when Eren overshares. Eren hopes one day that notahorse420 will open up a bit, but maybe he takes the ‘stranger danger’ lesson more seriously than Eren does.
He’s really not sure why he wants to get to know the guy so badly — maybe it’s just curiosity, maybe he’s nosy, maybe he’s fascinated by someone who puts so much effort into something most would mock, but either way, he does hope it’ll happen.
He just never thought that ‘hopes one day’ was today. Because, lo and behold, notahorse420 asks a personal question.
