Aaron Hotchner and Spencer Reid are renowned in their own rights and everyone at the BAU knows the basic facts about them. They're both unit leaders for their units within the BAU. They both were protégés to original founders of the BSU, Aaron was the protégé to Dave Rossi while Spencer was the protégé to Jason Gideon. They both lead their teams with efficiency and grace, and are widely respected throughout the unit. They have exceptionally high case closure rates. They also absolutely hate one another. Summary
