Summary
Agnes was fine with her new existence as a spectre after her death.
She was not fine when the world ended by the hands of another. It changed the rhythm in which she wandered the distorted landscapes of the planet, but that was supposedly supposed to be her thing.
And she certainly not fine with with came later. The end of the world got undone, and everything connected to it in any way or form was sent across multiple universes.

At least Sophia seems happy.
