Summary
“Looks like I bit you.” Will tilts his head to get a better look. All Mike can do is stare at him. His fluffy hair at the front, clumped pieces at the back where he’d slid his fingers in a mere few minutes before. His pretty green eyes that look hazel or even brown in this light, the dark circles he gets when he drinks framing them like intricate paintings. A satisfied, bloody smile.
Mike isn’t satisfied. He swallows thickly, choking down the words 'don’t you want more?'
Or: Will dresses as a vampire for a college halloween party, but Mike thinks his costume isn’t bloody enough. Will lets him fix it. Mike goes into a crisis.

‘Do you really think you need it?’ Dennis talks over him, too loud. He stops right after, a look on his face like that wasn’t exactly what he meant to say. ‘I mean, like. Grindr. Do you really use it that much?’
‘You just told me I was using it too much,’ Mac points out, mystified.
Dennis bites his lip again. Mac wishes he’d stop doing that; it makes it so hard to concentrate on what he’s saying. Is he making his eyes big like that on purpose? Focus, Mac, for fuck’s sake.
‘Yeah,’ Dennis hedges. ‘I just meant, you know. Do you really need it anymore? Like,’ he surges past the question, twisting his hands in front of him like a child caught mid-fuck up. Mac could tell him he doesn’t need to be concerned; he has no idea what Dennis’s game is here.

“Is he asleep?”
“Who – ?” Tom looks up to see the glance over his shoulder and realizes Karl must mean the long-legged sailor trying to hide behind his back, curled up into his knees on the deck sofa and leaning into Tom like he’s a throw pillow. “Oh, no. He’s just trying to get out of participating.”
Greg shifts near imperceptibly against Tom’s back, nudging him under the ribs with the corner of an evident phone.
Tom gamely restrains the urge to roll his eyes. “But he may be – I’m not paying that much attention to him.”

Thanos knows that by sharing his little rainbow pills with Nam-gyu, he was setting up the latter to become atrociously addicted within a few days. But, to his surprise, he finds out that he does not mind it; not when Nam-gyu looks at him like he holds all the power. Not when Nam-gyu looks at him like he is the solution to all of his problems.
Or: Three times Nam-gyu needs to beg Thanos for a pill and one time he doesn’t. -

Summary
He really, genuinely likes Tom, and doesn’t want to think he’s a douchebag or a whore for doing what he’s doing. Like yeah, maybe it’s a little manipulative, but it’s not like he doesn’t want it. So it’s fine. Right?
That’s how Gregory Hirsch, great nephew of the legendary Logan Roy, wound up bent over a top-floor executive desk.

Bernard smiles wider, a particular sort of sweet edge to it while he offers the cup – is that lipgloss? “I also got you a latte –”
Greg reaches out and blocks the path of the cup, then blinks at his own hand in some shock. “Uh... Oat milk.”
Bernard blinks and looks to Greg, mouth pinching, “Sorry, Mr Hirsch? I didn’t – ?”
“Tom drinks oat milk.”
“Do I?” Tom says, evidently bemused enough that he’s not even going to be mocking about it.

Summary
Greg notices Tom's marriage fracturing and he sees how Tom's gaze often lingers on him - and Greg decides, you know what, fuck it. He's allowed to be a little opportunistic; it's basically the norm for everyone else around him.
So, if becoming close with his boss will keep him in his good books, that's worthwhile enough. If flirting with Tom will make his place in the company more secure, then sure, Greg can tuck his hair cutely behind his ear and smile coyly and give Tom a few adoring looks. If going on little dates with Tom and exchanging subtle, lingering touches gets the man to buy him expensive gifts, Greg is happy to do all that. It doesn't have to mean anything.
There's no way either of them could get seriously hurt, right?

Summary
“Shiv and I were going to take a yacht out to some French island or another,” Tom says, waving his hand as though the island itself were arbitrary, something so unimportant that it could be decided by the throw of a dart. The breeze hits his face like a gentle spritz of cologne, the air smelling of salt and sea. Despite the nature of the conversation, brought about by digging into the burial site of his broken engagement with Shiv, and exacerbated by being asked to excavate the remains of that relationship’s grave for Greg’s enjoyment, Tom was finding the experience more cathartic than he would have thought he would have.
“We could go in the opposite direction,” Greg offers, looking hopeful. He opens his mouth to undoubtedly continue with his train of thought, but Tom is not so kind as to allow that.
“I already have,” says Tom while bouncing his sunglasses jauntily off the bridge of his nose and back onto it, “by marrying you.”

Summary
When Tom calls and announces that he's coming over to Greg's apartment in the wee hours of the morning after he's officially been made CEO, Greg freaks out that maybe Tom has changed his mind about keeping him on. It doesn't help that Tom rarely ever says what he means. And thus conversations involving stickers, hickies, staking claims, and feelings of adoration take place.

Summary
“Mac,” he hears, and looks down at Dennis’ tiny smile. “You’re still here.”
I’m going, Mac wants to say. I’m gonna go. Most importantly, Mac actually does want to go, let Dennis sleep this imminent hangover off and go back to the bar to play darts with Charlie. Mac wants to forget he was ever here even, wants Dennis to just turn around and stop studying him like this, as if he can see him in the dark.
Mac doesn’t know what he wants, in the end. He knows what he should want, and he can try and say that it’s what he wants, but it’s not. Mac doesn’t want to go, and that’s scary, confusing.
or, mac's mission is to dump a drunk dennis home, but as always, nothing goes to plan
