The Avengers are left shaken in the aftermath of the Sokovia Accords. With half the team under house arrest at the Compound, Tony finds himself seeking refuge in Avengers Tower and starts forming a tentative friendship with the neighborhood vigilante Spider-Man. A friendship which is quickly threatened by Secretary Ross doubting Spider-Man’s intentions and integrity.
Tony is left wondering who to trust, especially when Spider-Man manages to uncover the one secret Tony never wanted anyone to know about: the child Tony had with a woman named Mary Fitzpatrick sixteen years ago. -

Summary
Hank&Connor flee Detroit overnight after both are driven to the brink of committing suicide during the final days of the revolution. Taking refuge in Canada, they have to learn how to live with each other, help each other heal. Which isn't exactly as heartwarming as it sounds. Hank could fill a novel with his emotional baggage - alcoholism, depression & selfhatred over the death of his son. Connor is quick to catch up to him with his own share of problems- the constant threat of Amanda and another possible hacking attempt by Cyberlife leave him terrified of losing control. He's clueless about the concept of identity, free will and emotions, wants nothing more than to stay a machine. After all, he's only deviated in order to stop his partner from killing himself, not because he'd wanted to be free.
After a few weeks together, things seem to get better. Androids are close to gaining their rights in America. Hank and Connor are starting to form an actual familial bond. The Lieutenant is almost becoming hopeful after years of mindless cynicism. Then Connor starts slipping out of their home at night on a regular basis, believing Hank doesn't notice. He sure does. After all, he used to be the DPDs very best.

Also known as Detroit: Become Better. A fix-it fic that starts at the beginning of the game and goes through to the end, maybe some post-game stuff if I have motivation. By fixing I mean: changing the obviously ridiculous world-building elements, adding more character scenes, allowing more people to live, and various other things. The romance I prefer for pacifist Markus is with Simon, so since this fic is pacifist he gets with Simon. The plot is not particularly romance focused, however. This fic assumes you've already seen the pacifist route.
