Hello there!
The author 'wellitcouldbeworse3' has been the biggest inspiration of mine and my favourite fanfic creator of all time. I've admired Syd's writing style for the longest time, the prose, the way she fills every character with so much emotion, and her detailed prose overall.
I fell in love with her work "Spite" immediately when I read it back in November of 2021, and I was esctatic when I realized I'd found myself another masterpiece to read, only for my soul to be crushed at the end of "As The Spark Dies." I was so ready for it to become a new comfort piece with a euphoric ending, and boy was I wrong. I wasn't disappointed, because the resolution was so beautifully meaningful and ohmygosh the symbolism, the foreshadowing was so stylistically revealed.
Trust me when I tell you that I am by no means a sentimental individual, but I cried for the characters. It's incredible how just a fanfic was able to leave a long-lasting impression on me. However, I found myself so desperately seeking for a well-deserved happy ending to satisfy my broken heart, and I decided that only I could create it myself.
