Whoever’s playing, it sounds like someone right above Satoru’s apartment, judging from the clarity and depth of the sound. Someone who plays often, because no one else seems surprised. No one yells for them to shut up. There’s a pause, a short breath in, before they start with a basic set of scales-

Because as Yaga used to say, one can tell a lot about a musician’s ability simply through a run-through of their scales.
And whoever the hell this is, their scales are the cleanest and most beautiful Satoru’s heard in a very, very long time.One and only child prodigy violinist Gojou Satoru has moved into a new apartment with bad ventilation and thin walls. "Volleyball," Kenma says shortly, ignoring their annoyed little sighs, and returns his expression to the screen. He's died. Figures.
After that he starts paying attention. More attention to the social aspects, at least. Kenma always pays a fair percentage of his attention to Kuroo. He sort of demands it. And. Kuroo does get a lot of female attention.

Satoru makes some bastardization of a sound, half between a laugh and a cough. “...Whoops?”
“I,” Suguru grits, pinching two fingers together, “am this close to mass murder.” He’s joking. Probably.
///OR: Shortly before Getō would have massacred a village, he and Gojō are thrust eleven years forward into a would-have-been future that Getō is conspicuously absent from.
