The City of Elendhaven rests at the edge of the world. Twin plagues hack up from the silver mines, and wriggle from black ocean to drag the city deeper into the crater of its crescent harbour. The winter nights are long, filled with brutal storms and beached aberrations.
Inhabiting the forsaken city is a thing without a name that longs to be remembered, a killer with knuckle dusters as his signet and a traveller returning to a home she doesn't recognise.

EDIT: Changed the name of our favourite Hallenkind OC to Carrion. I think I managed to catch everything but if not it's not two different characters, ctrl+f is just not doing its job.

Florian gurgled a laugh full of blood, spitting it up onto his chin, chest, and Johann. “You’re…” Johann wasn’t foolish enough to brace for a compliment, instead, he bared his teeth in a wolfish grin, ready to devour Florian at his anticipated words, “su-such a… a whore.”
Johann laid the sorcerer over the loveseat, letting his head press against the armrest. “I’m a monster, darling."
An extended ending to The Monster of Elendhaven wherein Johann fucks Florian to death. The dove is so dead it's literally a rotting corpse (much like Florian is about to be.) Nobody gets out of this unscathed.

Summary
Etho rounded a corner and blinked, startling as he stopped dead. The figure was nowhere to be seen. He hesitated before looking down a darkened alley, just a stretch of dirt between two rickety storefronts. No one. Etho’s brows furrowed.
Without warning, a body crashed into him from behind, pinning him against the sun-bleached siding before he could blink. There was a tense and breathless shuffle that ended in one of Etho’s arms twisted up behind his back, and the other trapped between his torso and the wall itself. A hand slapped roughly over his sides, patting him down until it found his holster, and then scrambling under his coat to pull out the six-shooter, cock it, and point it at the back of his head.
“What do you want,” the figure behind him growled.
“Hi Tango,” said Etho, breathlessly.

Then, once he has settled - and only then - Emmrich looks up to meet their eyes, and pets his lap. “Do take a seat, my dear,” he murmurs.
Emmrich finds out about a hole in Rook's romantic experience regarding kissing, and sets about to correct this - and maybe give them a reward, if they learn the lesson well enough...

Duck felt a moment of weakness cross his mind, a hand slowly sliding down his thigh before he stopped himself abruptly. “No Duck...There’s a time and place for that and work ain’t one of them.”
Duck chewed the inside of his lip, hand forming a ball in his lap as he took another moment of consideration. The sounds of the forest surrounded him, the loud cry of a cicada filling his ears as he tried to reason back and forth with himself. Surely it’d be fine, no one was around, and if something came up he knew he wouldn’t have a problem stopping if he had to.
