“I have yet to come once,” Hanamaki rasps, bringing the attention back on him, “so unless you guys are all talk, then I suggest we fucking get on with it.”

Summary
“I figured it out about a month before graduation.”
When Oikawa explains this, they are sitting together in a boat in the middle of Lake Pichola, India, hiding at the end of the fourteenth century with no one to bother them. Hajime sifts his hand through the water to cool his face while Oikawa pauses to collect himself, sights fixed on the royal blue of an emerging night sky. He holds two fingers up to the yellowed moon, pinches it into forced perspective, and palms it completely to force the light out of his eye. At the view, he smiles like he’s defeated all the knowing gods, the fates and their fickle futures, and humbles himself from the stratosphere.
“You know the story, Iwa-chan,” Oikawa tells him, back on earth. “Boy jumps to Miyagi in attempt to run away. It is raining, when he meets another, and they are both five years old. Neither of them can decide if he is from years past, or years to come. Hell, he could be a monster, for all they know.”

Summary
Oikawa is halfway through typing the query 'what to feed dragon demons' when it occurs to him that no one on the planet knows what a dragon should eat, or even knows that they exist, and all he's going to get are results for fantasy roleplay sites for twelve-year-old boys who don't have any friends.
He really needs better friends.
(Or, the story of how a skeptic becomes a believer, loners become a team, and the fate of the world rests firmly on the efforts of a few scraggly kids against their ridiculously photogenic enemies.)

Hi. It has come to my attention that this fic is circulating again with a lot of people invested in it. I have ultimately decised to finish the fic. I will be posting a more thorough announcement regarding these plans in the coming weeks.Mankind is dying out, thanks to a virus that instantly weakens the immune system. The only way to survive after catching the virus is for ones entire identity to be compressed into data and transferred into an artificial host, an android if you will, but everyone knows these people as Synthetics.
Iwaizumi Hajime is a borderline-celebrity in the field in which he is finishing his Masters, Synthetic Humanoid Ethics, when he finally proposes to long-time Synthetic boyfriend Oikawa Tooru. Known nearly worldwide for his stance on Organic and Synthetic human relationships, somehow, he's upset the wrong person and everything is crashing down on him. He doesn't know how or why this is happening, but in a world where humans are slowly dying and being replaced by the artificial, Iwaizumi may have an android uprising on his hands. And it may or may not have been something he said.

In which Iwaizumi Hajime is a junior doctor suffering through his medical rotation, and Dr. Oikawa Tooru is his insufferable mentor. Medical AU.
‘I heard your internal medicine rotation’s going to be at Miyagi Central Hospital,' Suga says, turning to Iwaizumi. 'Who’s your mentor gonna be?’
‘Dr. Oikawa Tooru,’ Iwaizumi replies, and barely has time to yank his body back as Suga chokes on and almost sprays out a mouthful of alcohol.
‘What is it,’ Iwaizumi says, feeling a little unnerved.
In response, Suga simply drags a pitcher of alcohol from across the table, and starts to tip more beer into Iwaizumi’s glass. ‘You’re going to need this,’ Suga says.
