A parasitic outbreak called D.O.T (Destruction of Love), has been taking over parts of the world, where it's turning people into love-obsessed people who hunt down the ones they love to infect them. They make more parasites by "making love," and it's causing the world to suffer.
Police squad, 143, with 8 squad members, is caught in the crossfire when they're sent to the outbreak point as another test to see how the infection work. It's cruel and many things are discovered.
One by one, the squad members get taken out by the parasite, infected by one another, or while protecting each other.

Summary
