A truly interesting take on some things in canon and beyond. It's been years since I read this- it was made in 2006, wow! -but I remember it had a lasting impact on me. Now that I've managed to track it down again, I'm bookmarking it here. I'll switch to a rec if I'm still in love with this fic after I've had a chance to re-read it.
