Summary
What I wanted to write was a quick one-shot that explored the idea of Harry being the biological son of Voldemort, only Voldemort doesn't know he has a son and is also as evil as ever. Meanwhile, Harry is just a charismatic kid with a snake and ridiculously powerful magic.
It turned into a series rewrite.
Here's book one, I guess.
Features Harry Potter trying to keep his friends from doing crimes, a tired Remus Lupin spontaneously adopting a traumatized child with absurd magical capabilities, Severus Snape doing the bare minimum which is still somehow more than what Dumbledore is capable of, and Harry's friends' growing exasperation with Harry's terrible decision-making skills.

Summary

"But you have no method of return to your timeline," Dumbledore confirmed, clasping his hands before him. Draco nodded. They had seen all of this in the memories. Draco was to ensure his family stayed out of the war and live out his life from afar, not interfering with the soon to be born iteration of himself. It was all quite simple, really.
The only logical course of action.
"Well. I believe I understand why Hogwarts saw fit to enrol you," Dumbledore said next, letting his eyebrows fall from their scrunched position. "Would you prefer a private sorting, before the students return from their break?"

Summary
After the war, Draco had promised himself that he would make amends to the people that he wronged. This was why Draco approached Potter and tried asking for his forgiveness for his past wrongdoings.
Potter, with his bright green eyes and hardened expression, just said, “I don’t care.” He tossed Draco’s wand back to him. “I want nothing to do with you anymore. I hope that we’ll never meet again,” he said and left.
Draco could feel the cold creeping into his magic as he felt his soul snapped. This means that a) he’s an omega and will present as one in the future; b) Harry Potter, the boy he’d been in love with since he was eleven was his soulmate; c) said soulmate also unintentionally rejected the bond so swiftly that while Potter might not feeling the broken bond—since he was an alpha—Draco as the omega would be the one facing the repercussions.
Fuck, Draco was going to die from a rejected bond.

Summary
When Voldemort’s curse rebounded, a part of him was brought to life as a thirty-year-old Tom Riddle. Realising that all-out war might not be the best way to achieve his goals, he starts with securing a position as the Defence Against the Dark Arts Professor at Hogwarts under the name of Thomas Gaunt.
Aster Potter is the Girl-Who-Lived. Stuck with abusive relatives and struggling to hide her ‘freak’ abilities, she spends her days locked in a cupboard, tracing the words on her left wrist. ‘Fate showed her cruelty by destining you to bring my demise.’. This is the first thing about her freakish abilities that she doesn’t fully despise- she has a soulmate! Tracing them over and over keeps her sane, fantasizing about her saviour finally arriving to take her away from the Dursleys.
Her rescue comes in the shape of a letter, and Hogwarts enchants Aster to the point of completely forgetting about soulmates. She becomes friends with a group of unlikely people, and together with them tries to navigate the treacherous waters of Hogwarts, avoid the vengeful spirit of Lord Voldemort, try to uncover the plots of Albus Dumbledore, and figure out what in the world is up with Thomas Gaunt.- Language:

Inquisitor Lavellan saved the world, lost the world, then saved it again - loved and lost, loved and lost. Cruel joke upon cruel joke piled atop each other under the disguise of destiny and fate, until the curtains fell on him and Solas with their blades piercing the other's heart. It was a disgustingly poetic end.
And because his luck was rotten, he wakes at the moment before it all began.
A second chance or a second doom? Lavellan wasn't sure which he preferred.
